It should be possible to make a transaction not only in the currency of the account, but in available currency. The rate should be specified and saved at the time of the transaction.

What about automatic read of rate from source you specify once and forever? It can be painful for end users to specify the rate for each transaction IMO.

My main uses would be withdraw cash in foreign currency from bank ATM (bank specifies exchange rate) and credit card purchase in foreign currency (cc company specifies exchange rate). It would be hard to get this info automatically.
