Autofill transaction data by payee

AS IS: When user inputs payee a kind of search of previous payees is provided. User inputs "McD" then presses to "McDonalds" in dropdown and gets "McDonalds" in payee field.
TO BE: After user chose payee, fields of curent transaction must be filled with data from previous transaction with this payee. For example for "McDonalds" category "Fast Food", account "Cash", amount 100, etc. Transaction must not be saved automatically - user can change data.
