Abstraction of the notification layer

Filezaar currently makes a call to python-notify directly, the idea is to separate this and keep it as a separate process, and communicate Filezaar with it via DBUS. This will allow FileZaar to use different notification systems, particulary usefull if we want to integrate this with another application or use it from the CLI.
