  * Better file status "letters", A & U easily confused as meaning added/updated instead of added/unmodified.<br>Should perhaps be: A - added, U - updated, D - deleted, ( ) - no change.
  * Take a second look at some of the tests, especially those using mocking need some refactoring.

  * ~~Move to "virtual folders" (IFolder) instead "virtual filesystem" (IFileSystem).~~
