Support for new GeometricQuantity, FacetArea, in UFL

For integrals over facet domains, ds and dS, it would be convenient to have cell.facet_area available instead of relying on the DOLFIN SpecialFunction FacetArea.
Note that it should be illegal to do:
M = cell.facet_area*dx
since facet_area is only known for the current facet being integrated.
