Rewrite manual after move to UFL

Since we have UFL, is the form language chapter obsolete? We should definitely point to the UFL manual but we could include a copy of the form language from UFL for quick reference.
Perhaps we should focus more on how the various UFL objects and operators are implemented and interpreted?
