Convergence tests for the p-KL-expansion

Perform convergence tests for the KL-expansion using p-FEM.

- KL expansion & pTruss: check number of Gauss points for integration method 2
- order=(length_of_domain/correlation_length)^k(=1???) --> for the error to be constant
- relation of N_RF to the number of DOFs (--> is an Arnoldi solver still the right choice ???)
