Fast Update of the Stiffness Matrix

It should be possible to perform a fast update of the stiffness matrix.

In the beginning a sparse matrix of the stiffness matrix is assembled. Nonzero are all element entries. The part of the matrix which does not change is stored in a different matrix. The other part can be assembled on the fly.

This could be of advantage for
* Monte Carlo Methods (Random Sampling)
* Material inelasticities
