full-text-search in articles

Implement a full-text-search.
This includes searching inside the article text, the title and the author (possibly even the date).
With some specials like "author: xxxxx" to only search for authors or "title: xxxxx" to only search inside the title.
Probably get some inspiration from geary. They seem to already put a lot of thought into their search.
