It is posible to add by default a CCS stylesheet to get a consistents news? and obviusly a pretty interface, i think that this it is posible and it would be a good idea.

Feedler will support CSS stylesheet. Partially it is implemented, but CSS is hardcoded in apps. In near future it will work with separate file.
