Table interface dialog for fabrication job properties

Replace the current "Fabrication Properties" dialog box (CChunkDlg) with a table view dialog which allows the user to see all of the model components (STL, VCT, etc.) and their fabrication properties (tool/material, priority, path order, color, transparency, etc.) as an editable table.
