re-write the installer to take advantage of new MVC

re-writing the installer to use the new MVC architecture would allow for a more robust installation mechanism, like the ability to select what type of content build on install, theme selection, etc.. This would also give the installer access to classes and functions within Exponent that current installer doesn't have access to.
