make the theme look like metalllic

I'm not sure that it's a good idea because slickness is a pixmap theme (using image) then it will cause many bugs and some slowdowns.
I think it's better to use optimized gtk engines (like murrine). But with these engines, we cannot build themes like slickness
(?)
