Whiteboard

Im not sure whether to include this inside the kernel or not. Maybe a small kernel app that just forks into the separate binary, and just moans at you if it cant load. -- lsproc
 - The backbone for this will be the kernel's message sending system. The actual functionality that dispatches the events will be in the driver manager (see the design document in trunk, can't remember the name) -- Alex
 - Targeted for 0.3 -- lsproc (26/12/2007)

Updates 10/8/2007 - Targeted for 0.2, set priority.
