Option to choose your playback engine (xine, gstreamer)

I recently received an email from a guy who has created python bindings for Xine. He is willing to create a playback engine for Exaile that would use Xine. It would be best if the user could choose which engine he wanted to use.

python xine bindings are old, so there's really not much point in supporting multiple playback engines, at least until a better alternative presents itself.
