left panel should remember selected tab, and be hidden.

- Selected tab state into left panel should be saved on exit, I currently always use the same.
- Display menu should allow to hide the left panel (and remember this option on exit).

Explanations :
 - I have several folders containing hundreds of music files (stream rips for examples), this is why i like Exaile : i can create playlists from any FOLDER from the "files" tab into the left panel. Since my playlist is loaded i don't need the left panel anymore.
 - I am using Exaile onto an eeepc 701 with ubuntu eee with netbook remix including maximus. Exaile is good looking as the screen resolution is only 800x480.

You can hide the side panel by dragging the grippy all the way over - this setting is remembered accross starts.

Current trunk remembers the open tab and goes back to it on resume.
