cache a list of songs that need to be submitted to last.fm when disconnected

This is similar to Amarok's last.fm submission function. If you cannot connect to last.fm for whatever reason (no internet connectivity, etc) Exaile should cache the list of songs that were played so it can submit those the next time you are connected.
