Evolution should be configured by default with working spam filtering

Evolution should have a *working* spam filter set up in the default install.

It is very misleading to have evolution show a 'mark as junk' button which appears to train the junkfilter, but in reality nothing happens. Even if bogofilter / spamassassin and the corresponding evolution plugins are installed, it still requires manual configuration to make the filter training actually work. This is very confusing.

I would suggest haveing a sane bogofilter installed by default, because it's lighter than spamassassin
