Current Layout:
#. - NAME - START - END - STATUS - SYSCOMMENT - INFO
New Layout:
#. - Name - START OR END DATE - STATUS - INFO
- "start or end date" box should work as the combination of start/end date and the previous syscomment box.
examples (strings here are NOT final):
* starting in 4 days / starting on 2010.12.04.
* targeted for 2010.12.25. / deadline in 6 days
- move the start and end date boxes next to the description element
- description should be named: "details"
