   - missed to-dos are now viewable, but not editable

   - Task Manager version state modified from 'trunk' to 'alpha'

Task Manager (beta_1.0.3.0) trunk ; implementation=good

  * to-do view todoview.php:
   - implementation of the to-do view is started
   - .htaccess file extended
   - moved the project view html code to a php file, php include into manager.php
   - todoview.php
   - in this release the to-do view only shows the project header, same as you can see in project view mode
  * taskbar:
   - removed the project-list-screen menu from irrelevant pages
   - added a view-mode-change menu

   - taskbar can now be locked to be always on top
