Enable page-by-page scrolling with mousewheel
Whenever viewing a document in a manner that shows an entire page on screen, I intuitively expect that scrolling my mouse wheel one click will scroll me to the next whole page. Currently, it just scrolls down a fraction of a screen worth of information with continuous presentation enabled and does nothing with continuous presentation disabled.
I basically want a feature that follows the principle of least surprise in presenting the next page of a document. Documents with a paging metaphor or that are explicitly designed for print are expected to be digested a page at a time, so if I'm viewing a whole page and scroll down I will probably expect to see the next page in full immediately. This could also be extended such that if I have continuous disabled it will always jump to the next page of the document if I'm at the bottom of a page regardless of zoom and the fit of the page on the screen.
