This will be the frame where users can discuss their opinions or arguments for or against a specific file. There will be one discussion forum for each file.

This specification details how the discussion forum will be moderated, organized and displayed. There will be just one chance for every user to start an issue and only one chance to reply to each issue posted by her/himself and other users. Eudemocracy will not be a part in any forum nor it will further moderate them. Each discussion post (issues and replies) will appear with a FOR or AGAINST mark to identify the user's bias at the time of posting. These marks will be used for statistical and organizational purposes. Also there will be a ranking system where each user can rank each post by UP or DOWN arrows.
