Addition of interaction group(s) for viscous or frictional walls.

Multiple projects using ESyS-Particle have identified a need for viscous drag or frictional interactions between particles and walls. Viscous drag should be relatively straightforward for simple walls but perhaps not for mesh walls. Frictional interactions a bit more complicated in the force calculations and tracking new contacts with walls.
