Simplify and/or replace boost-python wrapper API code

Currently the ESyS-Particle Python API uses boost-python and (unnecessary?) subclassing of many C++ classes. The Python API code could be greatly simplified by
1) removing the subclasses and directly wrapping the existing C++ classes, then
2) investigate migration to a different library for generating python wrappers that is easier to maintain
