Provide capacity to apply a specified stress to a deforming mesh wall

This feature will permit users to apply a specified stress to each of the triangles of a mesh-wall. Triangle nodes will be moved individually to ensure the specifies stress is maintained. Unlike applyForceToMeshWall(..) this feature will allow meshes to deform in order to maintain the desired stress even as the particle assembly deforms. The result will be like an elastic membrane constraining the particles.

Even if this looks slightly similar to the applyForceToMeshWall(..) proposal, it is _much_ harder to implement. Key reason is that a mesh deformation will introduce non-local effects, i.e. each moving node will affect multiple mesh facets (and the stresses on those facets).
