I think the only chance for linux on the desktop is if it is configurable BY ANYONE, not only by geeks. And it this project in all its awesomeness that can bring us that.
The idea of this blueprint is rather simple and non-priority: just to include the compiz settings' ".profile" file as part of the epidermis single-click desktop metamorphosis magic. I am sure this has already been considered for the future, but I'd still like to give my feedback to this project, which I for one find it as one of the most promising and exciting. Count me as a tester!
