Persistent variable values

When connected to Enchanting, running a program on the NXT will set the initial values of variables to their value in the Enchanting interface, which may be their final values the previous time the program was run. A similar functionality when running the program from the NXT itself would ensure consistent behaviour when executing a program in different ways.
