Unify the input for Ember so there is only 1 input mode

There should be only 1 "input mode". This will probably mean hijacking the mouse ( which is currently not done ). This should be a simple matter of adding bounds checking on the mouse movement, and once the mouse leaves the window ( should be able to do this via a CEGUI mouse event ) we can turn off input ( or at least mouse input, keyboard input can remain as long as there is focus ). This would allow a smoother, and easier to deal with interface, while removing the need for alternate configuration blocks.
