Extend the terrain editor to also handle modifiers
Extend the terrain editor to be able to handle the Mercator Modifiers currently applied. It should be possible to alter existing ones, delete existing ones and create new. This should be done with a simple gui, preferrably with drag and drop support etc.. The results should be instantly visible, very much like the current terrain editing functionality.
When terrain is edited, the changes should be local only, and only sent to the server when the user so decides (clicks on a "Send to server" button.).
All editing should be undoable and redoable, just like current terrain editing.
