Fix up the sound system

The sound system works, but has some bugs which makes it sometimes behave a little odd. There's also functionality missing, such as proper support for streaming (both of ogg and raw sounds). If the various bugs and missing features could be fixed we could move on to using the sound system for gui event (sounds when clicking on a button etc.).
