Make entity recipes load when needed

Currently all entity recipes are loaded in full at the start of Ember. This is in contrast to all other resources which are only loaded when needed. The entity recipes should be altered to behave in the same way. The first step needed for this is to separate the entity recipe definition from the actual recipe.
