Replace TagPoints with SceneNodes

For things that are attached to bones we currently use TagPoints. These are not as capable as SceneNodes, and as a result we have to employ a rather complicated structure for attaching Models, with INodeProvider and similar structs.
Instead of having this complex system we should just always deal with SceneNodes, and for those that are attached to various bones we should instead just update the position and orientation of the attached SceneNode.
The main advantage of doing this is to make everything less complicated.
