Move the Ogre materials from git to svn

Currently the Ember material and program files resides in git. However, they are very much essential to have access to when previewing media in the svn repository and thus should much rather reside there instead.
Having them in the svn repository will allow for artists to much better preview the meshes with the correct material, as they should be presented. They should therefore be moved from git to svn. I'm not completely sure where to put them though, perhaps in themes/ember?
