Show a loading screen when entering server

Currently when the user connects to a server and enters the world the world is loaded "live". This can be a bit jarring, especially for new players.
Instead we want to show some kind of loading screen. This screen could also contain some informative message, for example on how to navigate in the world.

Perhaps should be a configurable image/images, and have a progress bar showing the loading progress, as well as a "TIP" that can be a random addition from a resource.
