Use CEGUI layout containers

Since version 0.7.2 CEGUI has support for layout containers: http://www.cegui.org.uk/wiki/index.php/Layout_Containers
We currently use our own layout handler in the form of the class StackableContainer.
This should be replaced with the more integrated CEGUI feature.
