Switch to using CEGUI 0.6.0

After 16 months since the last release CEGUI 0.6.0 was recently released. This release mainly fixes some bugs and adds some smaller new features; it does not break the interface like the switch from 0.4 to 0.5. Therefore it shouldn't be too hard to switch over Ember to use 0.6.0 instead of 0.6.0.
The new version also fixes some problems with compilation, especially with regards to Lua, so it will probably be a worthwhile task for that reason only.
