A status widget for the avatar

Very much like pretty much all other games have some kind of widget showing the status of the current avatar we need to have this in Ember too. It's already in Sear for example. It should be positioned either in the top left or top right, should show the name of the avatar as well as the current health and stamina (or any other vitality stat that could apply, like "mana" if we had that).
It would also be nice if it could contain a small closeup of the head of the avatar, though that's not required.
The same code should be reusable for also showing a small status widget for the currently engaged entity (for combat etc., but perhaps also for tasks such as logging).
