User-friendly Support & Bug Reporting

Mere users cannot tell if the problem they're experiencing is caused by a bug in the software or they're just doing something wrong. Yet the current system strictly separates bugs and questions, requiring the user to guess the cause of the problem, and incorrect guesses are not handled gracefully.

We should stop requiring the user to guess the problem cause and allow easily converting a support request to a bug report or a think tank item in order to provide an efficient support system.
