Developer.elementaryos.org
elementaryos.org should supply a page to facilitate development not only for elementary OS and it's associated software but also for 3rd part developers.
This site should include things like:
Human Interface Guidelines
Links to bug trackers
Design tools (like the nice web mockup UI)

Whiteboard
One goal I'd really like to keep in mind is that *we* should want to use this website every day as developers. If it's not good enough for us to want to use it, it's not good enough for anyone else.
What if we made the developer homepage a bit interactive and dynamic? Say you visit the homepage and you're not logged in. Maybe it should encourage you to register? or sign up for the developer mailing list? Register a project in launchpad? Visit the HIG? Is there a way to tie into the Launchpad API to get some of this info? What I'm saying is, perhaps we should make a little more extensive use of a user's account, track what they've done, and encourage them to explore the developer section a bit more. ~DanRabbit
