Maintain a list of tasks available for pickup
There are certain things that we would like to be done, but for which we don't have enough manpower (apport hooks and apparmor profiles just to name a few).
There are also some devs out there willing to contribute but not knowing where to start and what to do.
By maintainig a public list of tasks available for pickup we could get more devs involved and more work done.

Currently we don't provide options for working on features instead of fixing bugs in 'get involved' page.
Technically it could be implemented in a way similar to the papercut ninjas team.
Such bugs and blueprints are assigned to a team. Team members receive email notifications about bugs that are assigned to the team. Lists of assigned blueprints and bugs are publicly visible, 'get involved' website page links to them.
