Use vala zeitgeist instead of the actual python version

Ubuntu has presented a vala version of zeitgeist which uses less memory and need less CPU, also as it's vala it matches the thoughts of the elementary OS.

I'd expect this to be done upstream. Otherwise we probably won't bother doing it, because the advantages do not put up for possible integration breakage. ~shnatsel
