Tent integration

Hello elementary devs,

Attached you will find a document containing a Tent integration proposal.

The summary:
I propose that Tent integration is added to elementary OS 0.3 so that app developers can easily add cloud storage capabilities and social features to their elementary apps. This allows developers to do new things and create new types of apps, without them having to carry the burden of hosting user data and without having to worry about critical mass.

Please check the link for a short background story, some words on the benefits for the elementary community and examples on how Tent can enrich existing and future apps.
