Add an option to Network manager to set Tor as proxy

elementary OS should provide tools to protect user privacy be default, and it has tools such as GPG installed by default. Tor is a very useful tool privacy on the Internet. The network manager tool has a tab for configuring VPN connections, but many users do not have it, so they have no easy access to an Internet proxy; also Tor is free for all.

I propose adding Tor support by default and adding an option to the network to use the Tor network. Further configuration options could be added to use Tor only for certain applications or types of traffic.
