Reveal app windows on other workspaces only after second click on plank.

If I click on an app in plank for the first time, which has no window on the current, but one on another workspace, it should not hop over to the other workspace. Instead it should only show some glowing desktop border in which direction the next nearest window is.
If I click on the app a second time within a certain period of time (e.g. 3 seconds) it should hop over to the next nearest window.
This should be configurable, deactivated by default and (perhaps only) be available thru the tweaks tool.
