The File Manager should respect each folder view settings

The File Manager should respect each folder view settings, for ex. I want "Pictures" to be browsed with the Icon view mode and the icons to be zoomed in to 200 % but I don't want this setting to be applied to every other folder. It's simple as an idea and very needed indeed.
