Install pantheon DE on any distro
Pantheon packages should be created in a way that is distro independent.
Also, packaging for other distros should optionally be done as 'official' release.

I do not think that Pantheon should "officially" be released for other distros, but building packages and making Pantheon more cross-distro is a great idea. To the OP, make sure to file bugs like bug 1156975 and link them to this blueprint. ~CameronNemo
