Include eOS refresh/reload feature

eOS should include a way to perform something similar to windows 8's refresh/reset. Essentially a way to revert the system to the way it was immediately after a fresh installation either retaining user files or removing everything all together.

This feature would tremendously help some of us.Doing a clean install while preserving some selected location and deleting every app installed would be preferred way to go.
As far as I know yum manager remembers install history so you undo installs or uninstalls. We could implement versioning system and then restore system. But you would need to be running some minimal environment because you cant just mess with running system. ~mdolezel
