For every other app third party app that still uses them, but it isn't in our power to change, could it be possible to have them themed to look something like this?: http://bassultra.deviantart.com/art/eGTK-Mockup-Kit-339505098 Or is it not possible with the way gtk themes work?

File Roller 3.16 git still has menubars -_- --DanRabbit

I'm going to go ahead and mark this as "implemented" since we just dropped USC for AppCenter. The only app left is File Roller and upstream may not have intentions to change this. We don't show file roller in the menu anymore, so I don't think it's hugely visible. --DanRabbit
