Creating a beautiful menu screen

The current way of showing the app menu is to click on the applications link on the left corner of the home screen, we can instead add an icon on our Docker to open the menu bar, and also change the way apps are displayed taking inspiration from the way Mac or android shows apps, as a dashboard, but that dashboard should do only one thing, display the apps, it shouldn't try to do everything like the Unity dashboard does, no HUD from it and stuff like that for alt+f2 we can bring back the good old Linux dialog to run applications.
