move to a debian base

Although it has been discussed before, i think moving on a Debian (perhaps even with systemd, which i personally love) base would provide a faster + more stable base. Both eOS and Debian would profit from this, i really think Debian needs something "beautiful without effort" like the eOS environment.
Let's discuss here what has to be done and we can do in order to make this happen.
